FOR ANY DRESSING MIX EQUAL PARTS OF ACID, OIL AND SWEETNER WITH A PINCH OF SEASONING. MIX EVERYTHING WELL AND EMULSIFY THE DRESSING. ADD IT JUST BEFORE YOU ARE ABOUT TO SERVE THE SALAD.
